Fermentis SafAle US-05

SafAle US-05 is an American ale yeast producing well balanced beer with low diacetyl and a very clean, crisp end palate. Forms a firm foam head and presents a very good ability to stay in suspension during fermentation. Excellent for the production of many American style ales.

Each 11.5g sachet will be sufficient for up to 20-30 litres of ale.
