Fermentis SafAle S-04 Yeast

A real brewers yeast, SafAle S-04 yeast is an English ale yeast selected for its fast fermentation character and its ability to form a compact sediment at the end of fermentation, helping to improve beer clarity. It is recommended for the production of a large range of ales and specially adapted to cask-conditioned ones.

Each 11.5g sachet will be sufficient for up to 20-30 litres of ale.
