Hydrometer – Beer & Wine

Stevenson Reeves hydrometers are specifically designed for home beer making and come packed in strong plastic tubes which can be used for storage and protection.

230mm long with three scales – Specific Gravity 0.980-1.120 at 20C; sugar scale 0-270 grams per litre; potential alcohol scale 5-17% for wines. Coloured bands indicate where to start and finish wines and beers, with an indication for sweet/medium/dry finished wines.
