Citric Acid

Citric acid occurs naturally in most fruits, but in differing amounts. In cases where natural citrus is low, powdered citric acid is added as a substitute helping to promote a healthy ferment. It also has good antiseptic properties.

Supplied in a resealable tub in 2 sizes: 100g and 500g.
