Delivery information

All our stock is dispatched from our own premises, not directly from the manufacturer, that way we can ensure that all goods we send out are in perfect condition.

We work hard to keep our packaging and shipping costs to a minimum so you never pay more than necessary.

Shipping charges are as follows.

Up to 100g = £2.75
From 100g to 1.0kg = £3.15
From 1.0kg to 2.0kg = £4.50
From 3.00kg to 5.0kg = £5.95
From 5.0kg to 15kg = £6.95
From 15.0kg to 30.0kg = £11.50
Over 30.00kg = Collection only

We use a mixture of Royal Mail and courier delivery service to get your goods to you as efficiently as possible.

We aim to dispatch your order within one working day for items regularly kept in stock, however this may take a little longer during busy periods or if your item is a special order. We always keep you updated with the progress of your order online through your account area.

Currently we deliver to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. Regrettably, we can’t deliver large parcels to the Channel Islands, but items under 2kg can be delivered by Royal Mail.
