Two Part Wine Finings
2 part wine clearing process A + B. Fining is the technique of adding substances to the wine to help clear them. The finings act by neutralising the electrical charges on the haze in a cloudy wine and forming particles so that they fall out of the solution and can be left at the bottom of the wine vessel whilst the clear wine is syphoned off.
Contains chitosan (a product from crustacea) and sulphites. Sachet is sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons).
