Potassium Sorbate (Fermentation Stopper)



Potassium Sorbate, or fermentation stopper as it is known, is a preservative added to wine at the end of fermentation to prevent re-fermentation after bottling. It is recommended that fermentation stopper be used together with campden tablets, otherwise wine will get an unpleasant smell.

Supplied in a 30g resealable tub.
